We are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to deal with all aspects of company administration and every day activities with strongest focus on Customer care to deliver a comprehensive and efficient front line customer service.

Tasks the candidate will perform:

  • Doing every day administration work in the company
  • Dealing with new enquiries
  • Dealing with new customers and their application forms
  • Managing Social Media Accounts and updating clients Social Media accounts daily
  • Invoicing and credit control
  • Correspondence both internally and externally
  • Suggesting new services to clients over the phone (up-selling)
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments for directors
  • Dealing with expenses for directors
  • Maintaining accurate records and files at all times

The main requirements and skills for this position include:

 

  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Fluent English Language is a must
  • Basics of Irish Language
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent Telephone skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 2007, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook
  • Strong knowledge of other Social Media platforms – Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube
  • Creativity
  • Excellent writing skills and a willingness to use them
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and remain cool under pressure
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • The ability to work on your own initiative

  • Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information.

This is the most important and responsible position within the organization and the individual will be given a high level of responsibility and trust. Experience in Customer Service role required: 2 Years+

Experience in Web Design & Development or SEO Services company – big advantage.

Location: We offer Flexible location initially. We would prefer you to be based in the Dublin 18 area.

Payment: 22K Plus Huge Performance Related Bonuses.
